The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color. It bursts with powerful notions of creme de cassis, baked black plums, and chocolate mint with hints of dried Provence herbs and spice box. The full-bodied palate has compelling tension, with a slight chewiness to the tannins and great length.
