Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon sashays out with ready-to-go notes of cassis, baked blueberries, and redcurrant jelly, followed by wafts of tree bark, tilled soil, and charcuterie. The full-bodied palate is rich and seductive, with velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish.
